What data sources does Pulse use?
Pulse aggregates from 10+ sources including news articles (GNews), YouTube videos with transcript analysis, Reddit, Polymarket prediction markets, Google Trends, stock/crypto prices (Yahoo Finance, CoinGecko), SEC/EDGAR filings, Hacker News, and Wikipedia. Pro adds X/Twitter data on top of all that.
What does the Pro tier include?
Pro unlocks real-time X/Twitter integration (tweets by and about each person, engagement metrics, social sentiment), sentiment trend charts that show how coverage changes over 30+ days, "Ask About" AI Q&A that lets you ask questions about any person using their latest data, automatic contradiction detection that flags when someone reverses a position, custom lists to organize people into your own categories, custom alerts that notify you when sentiment drops or mention volume spikes, and daily/weekly email digests that deliver a briefing straight to your inbox. You also get double the daily lookups (100 vs 50).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period, then you'll automatically revert to the Free tier.
What counts as a "lookup"?
Each time Pulse fetches fresh data for a person, that counts as one lookup. Cached results (when someone was recently looked up) don't count against your daily limit. The cache refreshes every 5 minutes.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your credit card details. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, the highest level of security in the payments industry.
